HCCS students experience a new level of pride and confidence and aspire to be servant leaders. Leadership skills are taught to all students using The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, developed by FranklinCovey Education.

The 7 Habits represent a holistic approach to becoming effective personally and interpersonally. They help students build the 21st-century life skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive and collaborative society. Participating in TLIM is life changing for students, teachers and caregivers.
